Pamela Sale has been the Vice President of the Forensics Strategic Business Unit of the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) since 2016 where she oversees and manages all operations including finances, personnel, and accreditation program activities. Prior to this, she spent three years in various roles at the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board (ASCLD/LAB) including as the Executive Director. She also held the position of Laboratory Director at the Bend Forensic Laboratory of the Oregon State Police Forensic Services Division between 2004-2013.
