Certificates of attendance for the General Session presentations and workshops will be sent within 2 weeks of the close of the event. Certificates will be sent to the email address connected to your registration and will come from Cvent. Please make sure that communications from Cvent are not blocked.

A dedicated room for nursing mothers can be located off the front desk of the lobby at the Hyatt. Please contact hotel staff for access.

There is also a mother’s room located in the Convention Center. Staff at the Guest Services Desk in the A Atrium can assist.

Table Topic Lunches will be located on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt in the Mineral Hall (discussions in English) and Agate (discussions in Spanish) rooms. Lunch will be provided outside of the rooms. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.

Included meals provided with workshops will be available outside of the workshop room with the exception of lunch for Monday workshops, which will be located on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt in the Centennial Corridor.

View a map of the third floor of the Hyatt. Functions located here include registration, workshops, General Session presentations, table topic lunches, and the Welcome Reception. Below is a map of the Convention Center. The exhibit hall is located in Exhibit Hall F.

The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, September 18th from 5:00-7:00pm on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt in the Centennial Foyer. Two drink tickets are included with your conference materials. A conference badge is required to enter and can be picked up from the Information Desk until 6:00pm. Attire is casual.

Guest passes are available to purchase for Denver Museum of Nature & Science off-site event on Wednesday evening for a cost of $150 per pass. Guest passes can be purchased and picked up at the Information Desk until Wednesday at 4:00pm. All who wish to attend are required to wear their conference badge to be admitted to the event.

Explore all that the Denver Museum of Nature & Science has to offer! With access to all exhibits, you can take a trip to Australia and the South Pacific or learn about the birds of the Americas at your leisure. Take a journey through time in the prehistoric exhibit, marvel at the gems, or explore nature at the ‘Edge of the Wild’. Stay close to home by learning more about the human body or leave Earth altogether on a space odyssey!

Casual attire and dancing shoes are recommended. Your ISHI badge serves as your ticket to the event. Bring a photo ID to be served alcoholic beverages.

Busses will begin staging at 6:15pm outside of the Hyatt on 14^th and California and will circle between the Hyatt and museum throughout the evening with the last bus leaving at 11:00pm.

Posters can be set up during regular exhibit hall hours beginning on Tuesday at 7:30am. Odd numbered posters will be presented on Tuesday, September 19th from 3:30-5:30pm and even numbered posters will be presented on Wednesday, September 20th from 3:20-5:20pm. To locate your poster number, download the Cvent Events app and search for “ISHI 34”.

Conference t-shirts can be picked up in the Exhibit Hall located in Exhibit Hall F of the Colorado Convention Center during exhibit hours Tuesday-Thursday. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed and are first come, first served. Your t-shirt coupon can be found in your conference materials and must be redeemed to receive a shirt. One shirt per person.
