Mother's Room:
A dedicated room for nursing mothers can be located on the first floor of the Palm Beach Convention Center. Please check in at the ISHI registration desk for the key.

Meal Information:
Meals included with standard registration fees are:
- Tuesday – Wednesday: Breakfast (7:30-9:00am) and Lunch (timing varies)
- Thursday – Breakfast
Meals will be located in the Exhibit Hall.
Workshop Meals:
Included meals provided with workshops will be available outside of the workshop room with the exception of lunch for Monday workshops, which will be located at the Hilton hotel in Oceana Salon AB.

Networking Events
Welcome Reception:
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, November 3rd from 5:30-7:00pm in the foyer outside of the Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor. Two drink tickets are included with your conference materials. A conference badge is required to enter and can be picked up from the Information Desk until 6:00pm. Attire is casual.
Wednesday Night Dinner Event at Loggerhead Marinelife Center
Dive into an unforgettable evening at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, where Florida’s coastal beauty and sea turtle conservation set the state for a one-of-a-kind experience. Enjoy a night of delicious dining, lively music, and dancing under the stars while connecting with fellow attendees in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
Casual attire and dancing shoes are encouraged. Rain ponchos will be provided if weather calls for it, so the celebration continues no matter what.
Buses begin staging at 5:30pm at the North Valet Loop/Convention Center and the Marriott with the last bus leaving for the event at 6:15pm. Transportation back to the Convention Center starts at 9:00pm and runs every hour until 11:00pm for the last bus. Don’t forget that your badge is required to gain entry to the event.
Guest Passes for the Loggerhead Marinelife Center Event:
Guest passes are available to purchase for the off-site event on Wednesday evening for a cost of $250 per pass. Guest passes can be purchased and picked up at the Information Desk until Wednesday at 4:00pm. All who wish to attend are required to wear their conference badge to be admitted to the event.

Exhibitor Assistance:
For questions regarding lead retrieval, visit the Cvent booth in Exhibit Hall A. Freeman can also be located in the exhibit hall and can assist with questions regarding booth set-up and shipping. Please contact Kaylanie Story if you require additional assistance.
Poster Questions:
Poster presenters are encouraged to set up on Monday, November 3 from 10:00am-5:00pm. Otherwise, please set up during regular exhibit hall hours beginning on Tuesday at 7:15am. Odd numbered posters will be presented on Tuesday, November 4th from 3:32-5:30pm and even numbered posters will be presented on Wednesday, November 5th from 3:20-5:05pm. To locate your poster number, download the Eventmobi app and search for “ISHI 36”.
T-Shirt Booth Info:
Conference t-shirts can be picked up in the Exhibit Hall during exhibit hours Tuesday-Thursday. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed and are first come, first served. Your t-shirt coupon can be found in your conference materials and must be redeemed to receive a shirt. One shirt per person.
