Jason Weiss is a Partner at Goldberger Weiss, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida. After serving as a prosecutor in Palm Beach County for three years, he joined the firm in 1999 and has since dedicated his practice exclusively to criminal defense.
A Board-Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, Mr. Weiss has successfully represented clients in both State and Federal Courts, frequently handling high-profile and complex cases. His extensive trial experience and commitment to his clients have earned him recognition among the National Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers, as well as an “AV” Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
Mr. Weiss is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
He earned his B.A. from George Washington University in 1993 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law in 1996.
