Sharon Polakowski is a Forensic Scientist working for the Wisconsin State Crime in Milwaukee. She has served in that capacity for over 30 years, beginning with training/casework in Serology and transitioning to DNA testing as it was put into use in the Wisconsin State Crime Laboratories. Sharon has conducted both RFLP DNA testing as well as STR and Y-STR DNA testing on a variety of case types and has testified well over 150 times in her capacity as a Forensic Scientist. She is an active member and past board member of the Midwestern Association of Forensic Scientists (MAFS).
