ISHI 38 | 2027
- November 1 - 4, 2027
- Gaylord Pacific Resort & CC
San Diego sits at the southern edge of California where the Pacific Coast meets the U.S.-Mexico border, a city shaped equally by ocean air, Latin American culinary tradition, and some of the most reliable sunshine on the continent. From the boutique galleries and trattorias of Little Italy to the museums and gardens of Balboa Park, the restored Victorian storefronts of the Gaslamp Quarter to the wide-open beaches of Coronado and La Jolla, the city rewards exploration in every direction. A nationally recognized craft beer scene, a food culture built on fresh Pacific seafood and cross-border influences, and 70 miles of coastline make San Diego a destination as much as a conference location. ISHI will be hosted at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, a new waterfront resort in Chula Vista situated along San Diego Bay, seven miles south of downtown.

ISHI 39 | 2028
- October 23 - 26, 2028
- Gaylord Opryland Resort & CC
Nashville sits at the bend of the Cumberland River in the Tennessee heartland, a city that earned its “Music City” name with live music on Lower Broadway seven nights a week, the Grand Ole Opry still drawing crowds after a century, and the Ryman Auditorium standing as both a national landmark and a working stage. The food scene has grown to match: hot chicken, meat-and-three plates, and a Michelin-recognized dining culture spread across walkable neighborhoods from Germantown to East Nashville and 12South. The Country Music Hall of Fame, the Frist Art Museum, and the National Museum of African American Music anchor a cultural life that runs well beyond the city’s famous nightlife. ISHI will be hosted at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, a landmark Nashville property beside the Grand Ole Opry featuring nine acres of indoor garden atriums, nearly 20 restaurants and bars, and more than 750,000 square feet of meeting space.

ISHI 40 | 2029
- October 29 - November 1, 2029
- Seattle Convention Center
Seattle sits at the edge of Puget Sound with the Olympic Mountains to the west and Mount Rainier visible to the southeast, a city where Pacific Northwest wilderness and a thriving urban core meet on the same shoreline. From the waterfront piers to Pike Place Market, one of the country’s oldest and most storied public markets, to the walkable neighborhoods of Capitol Hill and Pioneer Square, the city rewards exploration at every turn. Exceptional seafood, a coffee culture the city essentially invented, and a restaurant scene built on the Pacific Northwest’s extraordinary local larder make Seattle a destination as much as a conference location. ISHI will be hosted at the Seattle Convention Center, located in the heart of downtown and steps from all of it.

ISHI 41 | 2030
- October 28 - 31, 2030
- Hyatt Regency New Orleans
New Orleans sits in the crescent of the Mississippi River where French, Spanish, African, and Creole cultures converged over three centuries into something that exists nowhere else on the continent. The French Quarter’s iron-lace balconies give way to the live jazz of Frenchmen Street, the brass bands of the Tremé neighborhood, and second-line parades that can break out on a Sunday afternoon with no particular occasion needed. Named the world’s best food destination by Time Out in 2025, the city delivers at every register: beignets at Café du Monde, a dressed po’boy, a bowl of gumbo at a counter stool, and a table at Commander’s Palace are all different expressions of the same deep food culture. ISHI will be hosted at Hyatt Regency New Orleans, a Four Diamond hotel in downtown, adjacent to Caesars Superdome and steps from the Loyola Streetcar line, with the French Quarter, the Mississippi Riverfront, and the National WWII Museum all less than a mile away.
