Travis chats with Sudhir from InnoGenomics, who has attended most of the meetings since the second meeting held in Madison, WI over 30 years ago.

In this interview, Sudhir shares new products available this year developed based upon common issues seen in forensic laboratories, such as a product that uses a nano fiber material to capture sperm cells to assist in differential extraction.

Other kits he describes allows laboratories to obtain a fuller DNA profile from degraded bone samples, such as those from Hurricane Katrina using nano magnetic beads or those from mass graves.
